This property is very large with a total floor area of 400 sq.metres spread over 2 floors.  Essentially the house is split into two parts, the largest of which is habitable accommodation on the first floor, consisting of 3 large bedrooms (approx 4 x 4 metres each), a bathroom, and kitchen/sitting room.  This would provide living accommodation whilst other parts of the house were being renovated or restored.

The ground floor was previously used as agricultural space, but could be converted into substantial reception and living accommodation, with a modern kitchen and utility room.  There is also a large outbuilding within the 2,000 square metre plot - approximately half-an-acre.

The local village of Avenale is reachable within 5 minutes, whilst the towns of Cingoli and Macerata can be reached within 10 and 15 minutes respectively.  The glorious beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the international airport at Ancona are 40-45 minutes distant, whilst the winter ski slopes of the Sibilini Mountains can be reached within an hour.
