This is a substantial two-storey former farmhouse set in beautiful open countryside with suberb views.  The first floor is currently accessible via the external stairs in keeping with Italian farmhouse tradition, and has been divided into 4 large bedrooms - all approx 4x4m in size - a large sitting room measuring approx 5x4m, and a kitchen of similar dimensions.  The attic has also been split into two substantial rooms which could also be converted into liveable space.

Again in keeping with Italian tradition, the ground floor of the property was formerly used as winter protection for their animals, and is currently used to store farming equipment.  This has the potential to be converted into a substantial reception room with a kitchen, possibly also incorporating an internal staircase to connect the ground floor with the upper floor.  The arches and columns on this floor will help give the conversion additional character.

There are two outbuildings which are in reasonable condition.  One was previously used to house the wood burning forno and requires renovation, whilst the other was used as a pigsty.

Situated almost midway between the towns of Treia and Macerata, either can be reached in 10-minutes or so by car, whilst the international airport at Ancona is 50 kilometres to the north.  The beaches of the Adriatic can be reached within 40 minutes, whilst the ski slopes of the Sibilini mountains are an hour to the south west.
