country bed and breakfast - and consists of 4 large apartments with a total of 10 bedrooms.
Situated on a hillside only 5 minutes drive from Cingoli in central Le Marche, it enjoys stunning panoramic views of the rolling countryside, whilst the Adriatic Sea is visible to the east and Cingoli -
the Balcony of Le Marche - to the rear.
Each of Margherita's four apartments have a sitting-dining-kitchen room in addition to bedrooms, most of which have en-suite facilities. There is a large sun terrace on the first floor with views of the Adriatic, whilst the ground floor boasts a large dining room, approx 6m x 6m.
An underground cantina - wine cellar - completes the main building.
Away from the main property is a large, renovated outbuilding which could be converted to accommodate 3 or 4 more bedrooms if required, whilst the large garage underneath has room for 4 or 5 cars.
With a 300 metre private drive and large gravelled parking areas, most of the grounds have been levelled ready for a lawn, with a a substantial number of mature olive trees in the remaining sloped area.
Ancona airport and the beaches of the Adriatic coast can be reached in 30-40 minutes by car, whilst the winter ski slopes of the Sibilini Mountains are an hour away. Cingoli itself can be reached in 5 minutes, and Macerata within 30 minutes.
