Casa Verde is a two-storey "town house" situated in the centre of the village of Torre, close to the town of Cingoli in the heart of Le Marche, Italy.
The house is in good condition throughout and is immediately habitable, and all main utilities are installed - water, electricity, gas and telephone.
This two-storey house house has a floor area of approximately 100 square metres. The front door opens into a sitting room, with a corridor leading to the kitchen and a ground-floor shower room.
There is a further shower room on the upper floor, as well as two double and one single bedrooms. All windows are fitted with external shutters.
Off road parking is available to the side of the house.
Situated in the village of Torre, the larger town of Cingoli can be reached in about 5 minutes, whilst Ancona international airport and the Adriatic beaches will take about 35 to 40 minutes by car. The winter ski slopes of the Sibilini Mountains can be reached within 90 minutes.
